The Tarxien Temples are an archaeological site located in the southern part of Malta, on the outskirts of the village of Tarxien. The temples were built during the Neolithic period and are believed to be around 5,000 years old.

The site is open to visitors every day from 9am to 5pm, with last admission at 4:30pm. The entrance fee is €6 for adults, €4.50 for students and senior citizens, and free for children under 12 years old.

In the surrounding area, visitors can also explore the Hypogeum of Hal-Saflieni, a prehistoric underground temple and burial site. The Hypogeum is open to visitors from Monday to Sunday, with tours every hour from 9am to 5pm. Admission is limited to a maximum of 80 visitors per day, so it is recommended to book in advance.

Another nearby attraction is the Ħaġar Qim and Mnajdra Temples, which are also prehistoric temple sites. They are open to visitors every day from 9am to 5pm, with last admission at 4:30pm. The entrance fee is €10 for adults, €7.50 for students and senior citizens, and free for children under 12 years old.
